HELM Verify — $2,500/month

Customer problem: Autonomous or AI-assisted decisions are being made in production and you cannot reconstruct them under scrutiny.
Outcome: Every material production decision is reconstructable from evidence within one business day of being asked.
Scope: One system, one environment. Up to the agreed decision volume. Does not include remediation engineering.
Deliverable: A tamper-evident evidence ledger, a monthly assurance report, and direct access to the engineer on your account.
Timeframe: Instrumentation live within 3 weeks of kickoff; first monthly report at day 30.

Outcome: Authority boundaries on autonomous action are enforced and evidenced, with an incident reconstruction path that works.
Scope: Everything in HELM Verify, plus control instrumentation design and integration with your existing gateway or policy layer.
Deliverable: Enforced-control instrument, incident reconstruction runbook, quarterly control attestation.
Timeframe: Design agreed inside 4 weeks; controls evidenced in production by day 60.

Customer problem: Verification that depends on a single party is not independent. You operate across more than one environment and need the same evidence standard everywhere.
Outcome: Verification runs independently of the producing system, at every site, reconciled into one ledger.
Scope: Up to the agreed number of environments. Includes on-premises verifier nodes.
Deliverable: Independent verifier nodes, cross-site evidence reconciliation, named engineering lead.
Timeframe: First node in production by day 45; all agreed sites by day 90.

Customer problem: A framework assessment is coming and the evidence to support your answers is scattered, partial, or does not exist.
Outcome: A defensible position against the named framework, with every gap named and prioritised.
Scope: Fixed scope, agreed at kickoff. The named framework is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Deliverable: Evidence inventory, control mapping, gap analysis, prioritised remediation plan, assessor-ready documentation package.
Timeframe: 6 weeks from kickoff to assessor-ready package.

On frameworks: HELM Systems LLC is not accredited to certify any framework and does not issue certificates. The Sprint produces readiness evidence for your assessment; it does not replace an assessor.

Stated so that nobody has to ask: HELM Systems LLC does not currently offer self-serve software, a customer portal, managed hosting, model training, or any form of certification.
