Plain-language terms for this website and for engagements with HELM Systems LLC.

Website: This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or professional advice for your specific system. Descriptions of capability do not promise an outcome.
Engagements: Services are provided under a written agreement signed by both parties. Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality and liability are set in that agreement, which governs if it differs from this page.
Deliverables: Assurance output is professional judgement based on evidence available at the time and at the scope stated in the report. It is not a certification by any third party and does not transfer regulatory responsibility.
Payment: Fees are payable as stated in the applicable agreement. Cards and ACH are accepted through our payment processor.
Refunds and cancellation: Subscription engagements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice; fees for the notice period remain payable and work already delivered is not refundable. The one-time sprint is cancellable before kickoff for a full refund, and thereafter is not refundable once work has begun. Any variation is stated in your agreement.
Confidentiality: Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement. Public reference to a customer requires that customer’s written authorisation.
No public claims about you: We will not publish your name, your system, or any outcome relating to you without your written consent.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
