Proof

What we can prove today — and what we cannot.

A proof page that overstates is worth less than no proof page at all. So this one begins with the negative: HELM Systems LLC has no published customer outcomes, because it has no customers whose outcomes could be published. Everything below is verifiable by a third party.

Verifiable by anyone, right now

Legal entity
HELM Systems LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. Entity ID 001-278-103, filing 20260924000023724. Checkable in the Alabama Secretary of State business entity records.
Registered office
110 Elmswell Ct, Madison, Alabama 35758, United States.
Payment rail
Card and ACH payments are accepted through our processor. Charges and payouts are enabled on the account. No customer payment has been taken to date.
This website
Static content, no database, no application code, no login. You can verify the isolation claim in the page source: there are no internal host names, ports, endpoints or credentials in it.

What we cannot prove, stated plainly

ItemActual state
CustomersNone. No paying customer, no pilot in delivery, no published outcome.
RevenueNone. No payment has been received.
CertificationsNone. HELM Systems LLC is not accredited or certified for any standard.
Government registrationNot registered. No SAM.gov registration, no UEI, no CAGE code.
Contract vehiclesNone. No GSA schedule, no IDIQ, no framework agreement.
PartnershipsNone announced. No reseller, OEM or integration partner is currently public.
Customer case studiesNone. We will not publish one until a customer authorises it and the outcome is evidenced.
Performance benchmarksNot published. Client-side performance of this site can be measured directly by you; we make no broader claim.
Why publish this? Because an assurance company whose own claims cannot be checked has nothing to sell. The negative list is the product demonstration: it is the same standard we would apply to your system, applied to ourselves, on the page where it is least flattering.

The shape of a proof

When a customer engagement produces a finding, it is delivered in this structure — the same one used internally:

Objective
What was to be established, in one sentence.
Method
How it was measured, and the scope: population, instant, predicate, unit.
Result
What was observed, stated only at that scope.
Independent verification
How the result was re-derived by a second, structurally different method, and who did it.
Limitations
What this result does not establish. This field is mandatory.
Evidence identifier
A digest of the sealed evidence record, so the underlying artifact can be produced on request.

Ask us to prove something

If you want to test the standard before hiring anyone, send us a claim you think is hard to evidence and ask how we would approach it. You will get a method, a scope and an honest limitation — not a sales answer.
